bktk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bktk platform. By registering an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bktk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the bktk online gaming platform at https://bktk.pro and all related services. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using any part of the platform. If you do not accept all of the following terms and conditions, you must not use the bktk platform.

bktk reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. 1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and use a bktk account:
  • You must be at least 21 years of age. bktk strictly prohibits use by persons under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
  • You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
  • You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming register or have requested a self-exclusion from bktk.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
📋Agreement to Terms
By completing the registration process and creating a bktk account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with bktk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If at any point you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and contact support to close your account.

2. Account Registration and Management

👤One Account Per Person
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bktk platform. Creating, operating, or attempting to use more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where bktk identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided pending investigation. If you have already registered an account and have forgotten your login credentials, you must use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.
🔐Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bktk account credentials, including your username and password. bktk will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised account activity arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify bktk support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. bktk recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service, particularly not with mobile banking apps such as bKash or Nagad.
✅KYC Verification
bktk reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation from any player at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and documentation supporting the source of funds used for deposits. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current documentation when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification to bktk's satisfaction may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges, account suspension, or account closure. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with bktk's Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bktk supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Taka.

bktk currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:
  • Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the recommended payment methods for Bangladesh players and typically process instantly.
  • Card payments: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Processing times may vary based on your card issuer.
  • Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and selected other Bangladeshi banks. Processing times for bank transfers may be up to 3 business days.
💸Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed by the bktk finance team within the timeframes stated on the platform at the time of your request. To make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), you must not have any pending disputes or investigations on your account, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied in full before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal. bktk reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
Important — Third-Party Payments
bktk strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. All payment methods used on your account must belong to and be operated by you personally. Payments received from or sent to third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bktk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the bktk platform unless a specific bonus's terms expressly state otherwise.

The following general conditions apply to all bktk bonuses:
  • Bonuses are available to one registered account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited and accounts being suspended.
  • All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each bonus's specific terms.
  • Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
  • bktk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited to an active player's account.
🚫Bonus Abuse
bktk actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software or scripts to complete wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while satisfying a rollover requirement, and participating in any coordinated scheme to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, bktk reserves the right to void all bonus balances, cancel all pending withdrawals derived from bonus funds, and permanently suspend the associated account(s) without prior notice.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the bktk platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that all game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or by the platform itself. Live dealer games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi, and are subject to those providers' own certification standards in addition to bktk's platform terms.
⚠️Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bktk platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and permanent banning:
  • Using any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
  • Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including live dealer games and sports betting markets.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform — any winnings generated by exploiting a known or unknown technical error will be voided.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or using the platform in connection with criminal activity of any kind.
🛑Account Suspension and Closure
bktk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where bktk has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that poses a risk to the platform or to other players. In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where account closure is not related to a breach of Terms (for example, a player-initiated closure request), any eligible real-money balance will be refunded via the player's verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

6. Responsible Gaming

bktk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be considered a method of generating income, solving financial problems, or recovering previous losses. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bktk platform, including but not limited to the bktk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bktk or is licensed to bktk by its respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the bktk brand or platform content beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the bktk platform without prior written permission from bktk. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any bktk-owned or bktk-licensed content may result in civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, bktk, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bktk platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, and the cost of substitute services.

bktk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the bktk platform may be suspended or restricted temporarily without notice for maintenance, system upgrades, or reasons outside bktk's reasonable control including network outages, force majeure events, and regulatory requirements. bktk will use reasonable efforts to minimise the duration of any such interruption.

⚖️Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bktk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the bktk platform; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

bktk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bktk will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required by law or where changes materially affect player rights, bktk may additionally notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between you and bktk that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team should be submitted in writing to bktk via the contact details published on this platform. bktk will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
